The goal of Savage Woods is to exceed your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Savage Woods offers a full “No Hassle” refund!
Refund requirements are as follows:
- You must notify us within 2 business days of receipt of order.
- After notifying us of a return, you must return your order in the same condition it was received within 10 days of notification. You are responsible for the return shipping charge.
- We must receive the merchandise back in its original condition. If it is cut, turned, surfaced, stained or damaged, it will be refused. As stated above, we do place a high priority on customer satisfaction. If there are any unique circumstances involved that changed the original condition of your order, please call us immediately.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll immediately refund the full purchase price, less shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.
